		Video Transcriber allows the text transcription of digital video (e.g. MPEG or AVI) files, for qualitative or quantitative analysis
		No extra hardware is required
		Text is simply typed into a text field and linked to a key position within the video timeframe at the click of a button
		The video transcription data is saved to an MS Access compatible database file with the associated time codes and digital video file details. This allows one to: Scroll through the text and automatically view the video clips associated with the text Move through the video (or rewind, fast-forward) and automatically view the text associated with the onscreen video shot Search for text and automatically find the video clip associated with that text
		Transcription data may be easily edited, deleted and moved
		The digital video may be slowed down to greatly facilitate the transcription process
		The video transcription data may also be exported to a simple text file
